Some dashcams use separate files for the videos and the GPS data. For 2-channel dashcams, please have at least 2 front/rear pairs of videos. The clone should contain at least 3 videos and associated GPS data files. Ideally, you’ll need to send a ‘clone’ or zip of your camera’s SD card disk image. If your dashcam movies do not play in Dashcam Viewer or you don’t see any GPS data displayed, we may be able to make it work - with your help.
